Files you may upload

Use NuBox only for documents you own or have permission to process, including any personal information they contain. Do not upload malware, violate other people’s rights, bypass access restrictions or interfere with the service. Only enter a PDF password you are authorised to use.

Checking conversion results

Conversion can change layout, fonts, images, forms, signatures and other document features. Keep the original and check the output before editing, sharing or relying on it. NuBox does not include optical character recognition (OCR), so scanned text may remain an image.

File limits and service availability

Files must be no larger than 25 MB each. Merge PDF accepts 2–10 PDFs, and JPG to PDF accepts 1–10 images. Other tools accept one file at a time. PDF inputs are limited to 500 pages in total. Tool pages list any additional restrictions. Processing may fail or time out, and we do not guarantee a completion time or uninterrupted availability.

Downloading and keeping your results

Inputs are deleted after processing. Results are deleted after the server sends the download, so a download cannot be repeated. If it is interrupted, convert the original again. Undownloaded results and files left after an interrupted process are removed by scheduled cleanup, as explained in the privacy policy. Keep your own copies; NuBox is not a backup service. No account or payment is required to use the tools.

These terms do not limit rights that applicable law gives you.

Third-party links and advertising

Links to other websites lead to services operated by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. If advertising is displayed, the advertiser’s offers and services are also subject to its terms.
