How it works

01

Add your PDFs

Choose 2–10 files, up to 25 MB each and 500 pages in total.

02

Set the file order

Drag file cards or use the arrows. Enter a password beside each PDF that needs one, then select “Merge PDFs”.

03

Review the combined file

Download the PDF and check where each source document begins.

Before you use the result

Files are combined in the order shown; pages within each source keep their order. Check bookmarks, forms and signatures before relying on them. The merged PDF does not retain source passwords.

If processing fails

Check that you have selected at least two PDFs and no more than 500 pages in total. Enter the correct password beside each protected file. Try merging fewer files if processing fails again.

How your files are handled

No account is required. Your files are processed on the NuBox server, and access to the result is restricted to your browser session. Input files are deleted when processing finishes; the result is deleted after the server sends your download. Undownloaded results and leftover temporary files are removed by cleanup every five minutes once they are older than 30 minutes. Keep your originals.

Questions and answers

Can I rearrange individual pages while merging?

No. You can change the order of whole PDF files. The pages inside each source file stay in their original order.

Will the combined PDF keep the source passwords?

No. Enter authorised passwords to process protected source PDFs, but the merged output does not keep those passwords.

Will forms, bookmarks and signatures still work?

They may not be preserved as expected. Check these features in the merged PDF and keep the originals if you need their interactive content or signatures.
