How it works

01

Add your PDF

Choose one PDF up to 25 MB and 500 pages. Enter its password if needed.

02

Choose the ranges

Enter page positions such as 1-3, 5, 8-10, then select “Split PDF”. Each comma-separated range creates its own PDF.

03

Open the extracted files

Download and extract the ZIP archive, then open the PDFs. Check the pages in each file.

Before you use the result

Count pages from the start of the PDF, beginning with 1, even when printed page numbers differ. Each range creates a separate PDF. Forms, bookmarks and signatures may change or be lost. Extracted PDFs do not retain the source password.

If processing fails

Use numbers within the PDF and separate ranges with commas. For example, 1-3, 5 creates a three-page PDF and a one-page PDF. You can enter up to 100 ranges.

How your files are handled

No account is required. Your files are processed on the NuBox server, and access to the result is restricted to your browser session. Input files are deleted when processing finishes; the result is deleted after the server sends your download. Undownloaded results and leftover temporary files are removed by cleanup every five minutes once they are older than 30 minutes. Keep your originals.

Questions and answers

Which numbers should I enter if the printed page numbers are different?

Use the page’s position in the PDF, counting from 1. A cover can be page 1 even if it has no printed number.

How can I combine separate pages into one PDF?

Each range produces a separate PDF. After downloading and extracting the ZIP, use Merge PDF to combine the files you want.

What do I get when I enter one range?

A ZIP containing one PDF for that range. The source file on your device is unchanged.
