XLS / XLSX → PDF

How it works

01

Set the print layout

In Excel, review print areas, scaling and page breaks for the sheets you need.

02

Upload the workbook

Choose one XLS or XLSX file up to 25 MB and select “Convert to PDF”.

03

Check columns and pages

Download the PDF and confirm that the required columns and sheets are visible.

Before you use the result

Review the workbook’s print areas, scaling and page breaks before uploading. In the PDF, check that the required sheets and columns are included and readable. Formulas cannot be edited or recalculated in a PDF; keep the original workbook for further changes.

If processing fails

Open the workbook in Excel and check the print preview. Save a new copy if processing fails. For a password-protected workbook, save an unprotected copy before uploading it.

How your files are handled

No account is required. Your files are processed on the NuBox server, and access to the result is restricted to your browser session. Input files are deleted when processing finishes; the result is deleted after the server sends your download. Undownloaded results and leftover temporary files are removed by cleanup every five minutes once they are older than 30 minutes. Keep your originals.

Questions and answers

Why are some columns missing or split across pages?

A print area may leave out some columns, while scaling settings can spread them across several pages. Adjust these settings in Excel, check the print preview and convert a new copy.

Can I edit formulas in the PDF?

No. The PDF shows the exported content, not a working spreadsheet. Keep the XLS or XLSX if you need formulas or further edits.
