How it works

01

Check the slides

Open the PPT or PPTX and confirm the slide layout before uploading.

02

Convert the presentation

Choose one file up to 25 MB and select “Convert to PDF”.

03

Review the PDF

Download the result and check slide dimensions, text and graphics.

Before you use the result

The PDF is a static copy. Animations and embedded media will not play in it. Check slide dimensions, fonts and graphics. This tool has no settings for notes pages or multiple slides per sheet.

If processing fails

Check that the presentation opens in PowerPoint, then save a new copy. For a password-protected presentation, save an unprotected copy before uploading it. Try fewer slides if a complex file still fails to convert.

How your files are handled

No account is required. Your files are processed on the NuBox server, and access to the result is restricted to your browser session. Input files are deleted when processing finishes; the result is deleted after the server sends your download. Undownloaded results and leftover temporary files are removed by cleanup every five minutes once they are older than 30 minutes. Keep your originals.

Questions and answers

Will animations and videos work in the PDF?

No. The PDF is a static document. Use the original presentation when you need animations, playback or other interactive content.

Can I export speaker notes or several slides per sheet?

This tool does not provide those export settings. Prepare notes pages or a handout layout in PowerPoint using its own export options.
